Organic Hemp Mulch

Tonusol’s Organic Hemp Mulch can be used for all vegetable crops: tomatoes, salads, zucchinis, strawberries, pumpkins, etc., but also for perennials, rose bushes, and all annual and biennial plants that you want to protect from the cold or heat. Very easy to set up, it does not fly away once you’ve watered it. It regulates humidity and temperature variations of the soil. 100% natural, it is entirely biodegradable and does not acidify the soil.

Organic Hemp Mulch 

·       Where to use it?

At the foot of your vegetable and aromatic crops, your non-hardy Mediterranean plants, perennials, rose bushes, and all annual and biennial plants that you want to protect from the cold or heat.

 

·       How to use it?

- Carefully prepare the soil before using hemp mulch.

- Lay out a 4 to 5 cm layer (1.8 to 2 inches), a 70 L bag (18.5 gal) for every 2 to 3 m² (~20 to 30 ft2).

- Water generously so that the product makes a light, stabilizing crust and sticks to the ground in case of wind.
